1. Agreement
By using Nexuzy Sheet you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Nexuzy Lab (nexuzy.in). If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
These terms cover your use of Nexuzy Sheet, the browser edition of the Nexuzy Sheet workspace.
2. Accounts
Sign-in uses your Google account. Keep it secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or illegal activity.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the workbooks, data and files you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, sync and display that content so the service works for you and the people you share with.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break authentication or row-level security, scrape or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, or resell it as your own product.
5. Sharing and collaboration
When you share a workbook you control the role (owner, editor, viewer). You are responsible for who you invite and for any personal data you place into shared sheets.
6. AI features
AI-generated formulas, templates and sample data are provided as assistance only. Always review generated calculations before using them for accounting, tax or financial decisions.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees. Features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your own backups by exporting important workbooks.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexuzy Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workbooks. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you can request an export of your data before deletion.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Questions go to support@nexuzy.in.
