Who we are
Nexuzy Sheet is a browser spreadsheet built by Nexuzy Lab (nexuzy.in). For any privacy question, write to support@nexuzy.in.
This policy explains what Nexuzy Sheet stores, why we store it, and how you stay in control.
Data we collect
Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture so we can identify your workbooks and show you to collaborators.
Workbook data: the sheets, cells, formulas, formatting, charts and objects you create, plus sharing permissions, activity entries and version snapshots.
Technical data: basic usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) and error reports used to keep the app working.
How we use it
To store and sync your workbooks across devices, to enable sharing and live collaboration, to restore earlier versions, and to keep the service secure and reliable.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your workbook contents for advertising.
AI assistant
When you ask the assistant for a formula or template, the prompt and a small amount of surrounding sheet context are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. It is not used to train public models by us. If you prefer, the offline rule engine keeps working without sending anything.
Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, we request only the access needed to create and update the files you explicitly export. We never read unrelated files in your Drive, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. IP addresses are anonymised. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Storage and security
Workbooks are stored on our managed cloud backend with row-level security so only you and the people you share with can read them. Data in transit uses TLS, and local copies kept for offline editing are encrypted in your browser.
Retention and deletion
Workbooks stay until you delete them. Deleting a workbook removes its cells, versions and activity log. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email support@nexuzy.in and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, export (PDF, CSV, XLSX, JSON or .nix), correct or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting support@nexuzy.in.
